Timely and very good communication with the owner of the items. Delivery and pick up were perfect. - The travel bed was in good state. - The maxicosi was unfortunately old and in very used state. The reduction cushion was missing, the protection on the harness was missing and the harness was very dirty and stained. It does not look like the picture on the website and I would not have rented it for my grand baby should I have known.

So easy to work with. Communication was great, product was as described and clean. Drop off and pick up were as scheduled. So thankful that this is available for travellers with young children and babies.

We forgot our stroller and BabyGearNL was a lifesaver! He was flexible enough to let us pick up the stroller the evening before. Very quick with communication and flexible about pick up and drop off times. The stroller was in great condition and worked perfectly for our trip.

Chun-Te E.

Totally trustworthy and went out of his way to enable our experience in and around Amsterdam. Just had called the car rental and arranged to place the child seat and push cart in advance of me picking up the car. Totally recommend without hesitation.

KATERINA P.

Very professional... The stroller was great

abdou b.

The seat was clean and in good condition. The interaction and communication was smooth and friendly. There was a lot flexibility when it came to pick-up and drop-off. I would definitely recommend!

Amena A.

Our experience was fantastic. Everything was super easy - the stroller was kindly left at the hotel reception for us to pick up and we left it there to be picked up when we checked out. It made our trip to Amsterdam so much easier and enjoyable for our little one :)

Nicole G.

Just saved our trip! We needed a stroller last minute for our little one and Just was able to help us out on very short notice. Excellent communication and seamless delivery & pickup

Laura T.
