The day we had to retrieve the stroller, we had a problem, and someone directly brought it to us for free (next to the airport).
Concerning the returning of the stroller, we had 2 solutions that were both convenient, either in a locker at the airport, or directly back to them (which we chose).
We wouldn't hesitate to reuse their services if we'd come back around.

From start to finish our experience was exceptional. We had a dramatic start to our holiday when picking up the car hire, where the rental company didn’t have a car seat available even though this had been requested and confirmed. I found Little Landing - Porto and requested the Axkid Minikid 2, and within 15-20 minutes we’d had a response and were able to pick up the seat straight away from the pick up spot only 7 minutes away! She installed the seat for us and we were quickly on our way. The seat was incredibly safe - much safer than any seat that a car hire company would provide - and our son (nearly three years old) was comfortable and happy in it. At the end of our holiday she picked up the seat from us at the car hire drop off. Everything felt so easy, and Little Landing - Porto turned what could have been a big crisis, into a smooth and easy experience. I can’t fault Little Landing - Porto and wouldn’t hesitate to hire baby/child equipment from her again in the future.

We rented a baby high chair in Lisbon and it honestly made our trip so much easier. The whole process was super smooth - from booking online to delivery right to our apartment. The chair was spotless, sturdy, and easy to use, which gave me a lot of peace of mind with my baby. It was also really practical for the small Lisbon restaurants and easy to clean after meals.
