Claudio and family made our visit so much more seamless with the baby stroller! We visited many places in many cities of Italy and we know it would’ve been tons more difficult without the stroller. My favorite part of it is that it folded into a compact item to be able to fit into the smallest compartments. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend these services to anyone visiting!

È stato tutto perfetto. Provider affidabile, puntuale e gentile. Infinite grazie!

Communication, delivery, condition, service - everything 10/10. Made our trip to Italy so easy!

Brian D.

They were great! Very fast in responding to us and got us the bassinet within a few hours. Our 2 month old slept great through the night in it!

I would like to thank Sarah so much for her help. Despite my flight being delayed, the pickup was extremely smooth and easy. I also booked a minivan through Sarah, and the driver, Maximiliano, was waiting for me with the stroller and was very patient. I highly recommend this service, especially if you are traveling with a child in Rome. The streets in Rome are quite challenging for regular strollers, and this service gave me real peace of mind. Thank you Sarah and keep up with the good work.

We ordered two car seats from Romeo&Allegra for our Italy trip and it was very convenient. We communicated via text, which made pick up and drop off at the airport really easy. Both chairs were as described and worked perfectly for the kids. Overall great experience!

We did airport pickup and drop off for car seats for our two children, and it couldn’t have been easier. Clean, great condition car seats that gave us such peace of mind. Communication and the pickup/dropoff process was clear and seamless. We will absolutely be working with them again when we return to Rome!

Niranjani .

Romeo and Allegra were extremely timely and helpful. The stroller was as described and they were flexible with the pickup and drop off. Highly recommend them for your children gear needs in Rome.

Alons S.

It was plain and simple. We met at the airport for the pickup and Sara came at the last day to pick it up. The equipment was provided in good condition. I'm happy with my choice.

Great service and communication. They coordinated with our drivers and despite the many difficulties we had because of logistics, they were extremely helpful and punctual. We will surely use them again

Ashley V.

Overall, we had a great experience very easy to find what we needed. The communication to pick up the car seat and drop it back off along with instructions on how to use the car seat were perfect. I would recommend this over traveling internationally with a car seat!

Marijana R.

We rented a stroller for our trip and had an excellent experience. Impeccable service: punctual delivery, product in excellent condition and perfectly clean. We also greatly appreciated the team’s availability and kindness, always ready to meet any need. Highly recommended! Consigliatissimo!

Sarah was an a AMAZING provider! She was so helpful in our communication! Delivery and pick up went smoothly. The next time my family and I are in Rome will will 1000% use them again!

Delivery, communication was very easy. Provider checked our flight details and that was very helpful, because we already had a lot of stress and unknown about the trip. Car seat was clean, but the belts wasnt working good and smooth as they should, but somehiw we managed everything.

Giorgio P.

Tutto perfetto! puntuali e precisi. Consegna e ritiro senza problemi. Seggiolino ottimo. Molto consigliati

Edgar .

Excellent service and smooth pickup and collection at the airport. Highly recommended

Alexandra P.

Ramassage simple, bonne communication. Je recommande. Merci

Amanda C.

Very prompt and responsive!

Dawn C.

Excellent service, really good communication and a great pushchair. Very thoughtful and helpful when my daughter fell asleep in the afternoon near pick-up and were happy to delay pick-up. Very lovely would definitely use again x.

Mario D.

Super consigliati!

Natalia F.

Sara and Valerio were very kind and accommodating! The stroller was perfect for our trip. We will definitely rent from them again when in Rome! Grazie!

Sarah C.

Delivery and pickup was very easy. They were super friendly and came right to the front door. The cot itself had stains and seemed pretty beat up but thankfully the mattress was clean/new. Also not a huge deal - but the cot I rented was Hauck but a Chicco cot was delivered instead.

Josip B.

Everything was easily arranged and done. Very kind people.

Morgan P.

Everything went perfectly as planned! Punctual, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

ERIC B.

Great service, clean seat and top communication! Don't hesitate to use their services.

Leah C.

We are so grateful for the support from Romeo and Allegra service! Having the stroller made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Our baby was able to relax and sleep as we adventured about! The stroller itself was easy to use and did well on different types of streets and terrain. It also doubled as storage for us as we went around. The communication, flexibility, and support was excellent-not to mention how kind they are! It was the best decision we made for our trip. Thank you so much, Grazie Mille!

Vincenzo P.

Esperienza molto positiva. Prelievo, prodotto e consegna perfetti.

Anaïs D.

Really nice couple. We were really late and lost and exhausted with our toddler and baby and they kindly waited for us and were really understanding. It was not cybex aton 5 but another cybex reference which is almost the same. The car seats were clean. Thanks again !

Linda B.

Easy communication, easy drop off and pick up. Thank you!

Nicolas R.

I never knew about renting prams and this turned out to be great! Really great experience from start to finish!

Monica D.

Michelle M.

11/10! very nice, communicative, friendly, and responds quickly! the stroller was exactly what we had in mind for travelling and was perfect for the streets of Rome. description was accurate and fit my 2 year old perfectly. she was very comfortable and was able to take a long nap when we tilted the seat down. stroller is light enough to carry up and down stairs too (my husband was able to easily through many flights of stairs during the entire Vatican Museum tour). pickup and dropoff was so easy and the entire experience was an absolute BREEZE! I highly highly recommend renting from them as they are wonderful to talk to and make your experience so comfortable and convenient. I’ve already decided if we ever came back to Rome, we will definitely rent from them again!
