The product was great. Valentina was easy to reach. Pick up had to be delayed.

Valentina was very easy to work with and also was very understanding when a few flights were missed! I would highly recommend renting from her!

Valentina made this experience easy! She was a great communicator and even offered to help out when we were unsure whether our taxi would pick us up from the airport. I am thankful for her timeliness and the quality of her products - they helped us immensely during our trip.

Valentina was wonderful! We rented a car seat and play cot from her — she helped with the setup personally and was incredibly responsive, replying to messages straight away. She also offered we could text her any time throughout our stay. That kind of attentiveness really made a difference. Highly recommend!

The absolute kindest! It’s already stressful traveling with toddlers and she was so sweet. Can’t wait to rent from her again

Consigliatissima!

My experience with Valentina was superb from start to finish. The cot she provided was in excellent condition and she was responsive and timely. She went above and beyond to communicate with my Airbnb host to allow us to maximise time using the cot.

Fantastic experience! Highly recommended! Thanks a lot to Valentina’s great help! She delivered the baby seat to the place on time and picked up with her flexibility as we were a bit late than planned. I’m very grateful for her help to offer my baby with a safe journey. Grazie! 🙏🙏🙏

Valentina was amazing. She went totally out of her way to ensure that we could feed the baby in the chair as soon as we arrived and before we left. Fantastic communication and incredibly kind.

Valentina was absolutely brilliant. From the moment I messaged regarding the car seat she was brilliant. She went out of her way to deliver it ASAP and our trip was so much more enjoyable. She went out of her way to see if there was anything extra we needed to make our trip more comfortable. The car seat was really clean and she was good enough to meet me at the airport to drop back off so our little one could have a safe journey back to the airport. If I was ever in the area I would 100% be using Valentina and Babonbo again. Thanks again Valentina

The communication and delivery was great. Would recommend! Cot probably better used with a mattress but was fine for a few days for my 2 year old.

Valentina è stata molto disponibile, nonostante lo scarso preavviso con cui ho richiesto il noleggio. Puntualissima con gli orari di consegna e ritiro. Prodotto in ottime condizioni.

Valentina è super disponibile. E il passeggino molto divertente. Fabio ha apprezzato molto la bella passeggiata in triciclo in centro a Bologna. Un vero salvavita se hai lasciato a casa il tuo!

Shaya A.

Valentina was wonderful to rent from! Everything was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived and she met us at our car rental drop off to pick up the items when we were done with them. Throughout our stay in Bologna, she was very helpful with advice on various issues we encountered, particularly regarding our needs for our baby. I’d definitely rent from her again!
