Katia responded quickly to our initial inquiry and follow up messages, and she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. We arranged delivery for the day we made the booking, and Katia and her lovely family personally met us to drop off the strollers. Both strollers were in excellent condition and made it much easier to explore Paris with our little ones. I would highly recommend Katia!
