The service from easygoing was superb. Jakob met us there on time and made sure everything worked out seamlessly. Even as it turned out I had mistakenly entered the incorrect departure time, Jakob went above and beyond to make it work, even though it was my mistake. The host family suggested taking the mattress which was comfortable but I know our child sleeps fine on the basic one provided with this model so would suggest the big one may not be needed. Unfortunately, nothing good to report here. Both strollers are old and in a very bad shape. One of them was literally falling apart and the other was almost impossible to maneuver. It is my opinion that neither stroller is in an operational condition or safe to be rented out and as such should be trashed.

The travel cot was great and easy to set up. The host family suggested taking the mattress which was comfortable but I know our child sleeps fine on the basic one provided with this model so would suggest the big one may not be needed. That said our 22 month old had a very good nights sleep and communication was very good. Thank you!

Danish Mamma was a joy to work with. The stroller was exactly what we needed for the short week. It was missing the shoulder straps, but that didn't seem to matter too much to our grandson. Unfortunately, nothing good to report here. Both strollers are old and in a very bad shape. One of them was literally falling apart and the other was almost impossible to maneuver. It is my opinion that neither stroller is in an operational condition or safe to be rented out and as such should be trashed.
