Victoria was so great.. she met us at the hotel, took time to show how the pram worked, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. She made the process of renting the pram so easy and convenient for us. The pram itself was also convenient.. I loved the ability to quickly fold it up and carry it via shoulder strap. We used it with our 4 yr old who is at the top of the size limit and it was sized fine for him. We walked 10+ miles a day throughout a weekend in London, and we used the pram the whole time. Highly recommend.

Jasmine was wonderful. I had a hard time getting connected through babonbo. But on the morning of our arrival I asked how quickly I could get the stroller and she raced right over! The stroller was a life (and back) saver to get through all we had planned in a few days. And it was in perfect condition and easy to use. She was even accommodation when we left and was able to pick up the stroller from our hotel when we had to catch our train.

Victoria was so great.. she met us at the hotel, took time to show how the pram worked, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. She made the process of renting the pram so easy and convenient for us. The pram itself was also convenient.. I loved the ability to quickly fold it up and carry it via shoulder strap. We used it with our 4 yr old who is at the top of the size limit and it was sized fine for him. We walked 10+ miles a day throughout a weekend in London, and we used the pram the whole time. Highly recommend.

Jasmine was wonderful. I had a hard time getting connected through babonbo. But on the morning of our arrival I asked how quickly I could get the stroller and she raced right over! The stroller was a life (and back) saver to get through all we had planned in a few days. And it was in perfect condition and easy to use. She was even accommodation when we left and was able to pick up the stroller from our hotel when we had to catch our train.

Everything it was so perfect! Even with our short notice they responded very quick and we had everything on time! Recommending 100%

The provider dropped off the stroller at the hotel and picked it up from there as well which made our lives so much easier. Stroller was in excellent, if not new, condition and did exactly what we wanted it to do. This service is fantastic and saved me from lugging a stroller with me on a plane. La poussette était très bien et conforme à la réservation. Et nous avons pu nous arranger pour la rendre à une heure et un lieu pratique pour notre jour de départ.
