Avoid Baby-Rent Malaga at all costs. I was charged €230 for car seats that I never received. Our flight into Malaga landed at 11.05am, the provider of the car seats couldn’t understand why we weren’t outside the airport meeting him at 11.05am. I’d sent him a screenshot of our flight details. I tried to explain that we needed time to get from the flight, go through security, and pick up our luggage, before we could get to him. It was very odd for a company that must deal with flights all the time. The driver for our car hire was given the same information as the provider of the car seats. He seemed to understand about flight times, and was waiting on us outside the airport. I had no phone number for the car seat provider, and I had to wait until I had WiFi before his WhatsApp came through. We were waiting around for a good 20 mins before I heard from him. He said he was just leaving and would arrive in another 10 mins. I told him the driver couldn’t wait anymore as he had another booking. We could have been waiting 10 mins, but it’s unlikely, by the time he got to us it would have been at least another 30 mins. The driver had already been waiting a long time at this point. Luckily the driver had brought rear facing car seats with him. Not to my standard, but it was better than nothing. Straight away the car seat provider got nasty, there was no apology or responsibility taken for not being at the airport on time. When I asked Babonbo for a refund, I was told no, as the car seat provider tried to deliver the seats. They wouldn’t even listen to my side of the story. So I paid €230 for seats I didn’t get to use. They didn’t provide the service agreed, but still kept my hard earned cash. If you use Babonbo, be aware they offer no cover if anything goes wrong. €230 is a lot of money to us. This really affected our holiday. From now on, I’ll be bringing my own car seats on holiday.

Great ! I recommanded

Lorena G.

La experiencia ha sido de 10. El servicio rápido y eficaz. Y el carro, en este caso un Bugaboo Camaleón, estaba muy limpio y en perfectas condiciones. No dudaría en contratar de nuevo sus servicios.

Roxana .

Very smooth experience with renting the tricycle. Our 15 month baby loved it so we enjoyed walking around beautiful Malaga city hands free. The tricycle was in brand new condition and communication with Alberto was super easy. Totally recomand Baby Rent Malaga to ease up your travel.

Katie B.

We rented a next to me cot for our baby. Delivery couldn't be made to our accommodation directly due to traffic restrictions in the city but the company met us on a nearby road for delivery/collection. We were also provided with a model that could be easily transported because of this.

Mayke F.

Delivery was quick. Good communication. It was all good.

Aina O.

Delivery on time, clean good stroller, was very helpful for our holiday.

Caroline F.

Very good service and communication! Thank you 😊

Barbora N.

Everything was perfect. We needed a last minute rental of a car seat which was not a problem at all, return was totally smooth too. Easy & quick communication, car seat in a perfect condition with all inserts & clean cover. Can totally recommend!

Very happy that I rented this Bugaboo for my 3 month old. It made my trip much more comfortable, while working at the University and exploring the city. Nothing but helpfulness and friendly service from Baby-Rent Malaga, especially when I had to extend my renting period due to needing to stay longer. Thanks again!

Nick K.

Everything perfectly

Anna V.

We are very happy with Baby-Rent Malaga. It was very straightforward to make a booking. Communication was just nice - they are quick to response and very friendly. Delivery and pick up time were kindly adjusted to our needs. And the crib itself was just great. Thanks so much! We will definitely use your service again.

Declan O.

Due to our double buggy being damaged on arrival at the airport we had to rent two strollers at short notice. Delivery of the strollers was very quick and efficient with good communication. Both strollers were in great condition.
