Excellent experience. It was so nice not to haul our stroller and seat on our trip to Italy. Moreover I read the European safety standards were different so was glad to find a European seat. Communication at pick up and drop off at the airport was great.

Slavi B.

We're very happy with the service. Filippo was very flexible regarding delivery and pick up times. Also very responsive to messages. The baby gear was in great condition. I would definitely recommend the service.

Fantastic experience hiring a high chair and travel cot for our 2-year-old. The items were delivered on time and collected without any fuss. Would highly recommend - much more convenient than struggling with all those things on the plane! We will definitely use babonbo again.

Cydney C.

Great experience! Everything went super smoothly, and the product was in great condition.

Acelya C.

Totally recommend! Filippo who contacted me from viaggia-leggero was very helpful. Delivered the baby bed to our airbnb host before we arrived and picked up from home after we departed. The bed and the mattress were perfectly clean and in brand new condition. My 9 month old baby felt at home in this bed and was very peaceful all the time. Definitely will rent again when we will come back to Milano.

Filippo was great at communicating about delivery timing and information about the items. They arrived on time, in good condition, and were a bug help on our trip to Italy. Would recommend them highly.

Absolutely amazing! Samaela and Filipinos were absolutely wonderful. We had been traveling by for days when we arrived to Milan. Our daughter was tired, we were tired. They accommodated us with a stroller last minute and made the process so very smooth. We appreciate their hospitality and wonderful customer service.

What a great concept, was a relief not having to carry our 4 yr old around who got injured on her leg during traveling. Communication very friendly and fast, got the stroller the same day, was in excellent condition, delivery and pick up at our hotel. Thank you!

Veloci super efficienti e puliti

FILIPPO SEI SUPER, come persona e come provider! GRAZIE!!!

Antonio D.

VEDRAN D.

They are lifesavers! We were in Milano without a stroller and the desperation was real! The hotel staff told us about Babonbo and from the moment we heard about them, we had a stroller in less than 4 hours—mind-blowing awesomeness. The people who delivered and picked up the stroller were really nice and made the whole experience a joy! Big thanks to them!

Alex M.

We were let down last minute by our accommodation, so we reached out with only hours to spare, and the provider was very responsive, on time and delivered the cot and accessories as advertised. Superb service. Would highly recommend.
