The car seat was perfect for our 9 month old baby. I did not always get a quick response when contacting Babonbo using the app initially but when we had a person to speak to regarding our order communication was very responsive (Idris was great, especially considering the inconvenient pick up and drop off times we needed).

We had an excellent experience. They were the only provider who was willing to deliver the items to our location and pick them up at the end and did so in a timely fashion. The items were all very new, clean and in good condition. They always responded quickly via the Chat function in the app.

Very fast and on time
Fayza was extremely communicative, serviceable and kind from the first minute. The crib waited for us at the airport with no problems whatsoever and the quality was great and really did the work. Recommend any day!
We contact them the night before asking for a twin trolley! The trolley was clean and in perfect conditions, service was amazing: the trolley delivered in the early morning at our house. Suggested!!
