My experience with Valentina was superb from start to finish. The cot she provided was in excellent condition and she was responsive and timely. She went above and beyond to communicate with my Airbnb host to allow us to maximise time using the cot.

Ordered a mattress, travel cot and a high chair, all were ok except for the high chair, it was very well used, the picture is completely different to what I ordered and unfortunately the tray wasn’t delivered and they had to come out a few hours later to deliver it. Considering the price I would have expected something a little newer. But over all it was very convenient

We rented 2 child car seats for our trip to Italy, and the whole experience was excellent. The seats were in perfect condition, clean, and exactly as expected. What really stood out was the exceptional service of the provider. She was incredibly kind and helpful. When our car rental reservation was unexpectedly cancelled, she went above and beyond to assist us in finding another rental agency. Despite the delay she remained patient, supportive, and available throughout the entire process.

Mi sono trovata molto bene. Io ho fatto richiesta la sera alle 19 ed ho scritto chiedendo di poter avere una risposta im breve tempo. Dopo 2 ore era già tutto organizzato! Passeggino ci è stato poi portato, pagando un'entrata, al nostro alloggio. Anche la riconsegna tutto ok. Noi partendo molto presto la mattina abbiamo lasciato il passeggino al ristorante degli alloggi stay Copers. È stato tutto molto comodo.

Great first experience with Babonbo! We weren’t able to rent a car seat with our car rental so I tried Babonbo very last minute and we were able to get the car seat right away. It was perfect for my son, he enjoyed it every well. It was very clean and Lucca was very responsive - very grateful for the experience!

Our car rental unfortunately provided a very poor-quality car seat for our child, but thankfully we discovered Babonbo and Bimbi a Spasso. Rented baby stroller last minute for vacation with family. Fortunately, despite the last minute, order was promptly confirmed by the owner. communication from owner was excellent throughout rental period, owner kindly delivered and collected the stroller. During rent owner assisted with configuration questions and even shared Visual instructions, which made of very easy for me. The stroller itself in excellent condition, convenient for use and very mobile. Highly recommend!

Had such an amazing experience when we travelled to Italy. We got the crib with mattress and sheets at the last minute due to a mix up with our rental. She responded right away to our request and got everything to us in the same day. All of it in brand new condition. Owner was so good to work with, she was incredibly helpful, a great communicator and couldn’t recommend her enough.

The seat we got was in a good shape and served us very well for our one day-trip! Valeria was very kind and although I only booked the seat the evening before our trip, it was no problem to receive it the next morning! I find the extra cost of 11€ for last-minute-booking pretty expensive, but that is the platform-policy and was no decision made by the seat owner :) In general I find the platform and service very useful and a good idea!

We had a last minute booking since our baby bed/cot did not make it on the flight. So we reserved late at night for the next day delivery. They delivered the next morning to our Airbnb. Which was wonderful to use for nap time our first full day on holiday. Great and efficient service. Just what we needed. Will be using again so I don’t have to drag the baby cot through an airport.

I appreciated that the stroller was so light weighted, but it was a problem that the basket underneath was missing and we had to carry a backpack everywhere. Also, the canopy kept falling.

I also booked a minivan through Sarah, and the driver, Maximiliano, was waiting for me with the stroller and was very patient. I highly recommend this service, especially if you are traveling with a child in Rome. The streets in Rome are quite challenging for regular strollers, and this service gave me real peace of mind. The bed and the mattress were perfectly clean and in brand new condition. My 9 month old baby felt at home in this bed and was very peaceful all the time. Umberto and Veronica were very friendly and kind. they even lend me some sheets and linens for the travel cot. The travel cot was in great shape. Just take in mind that's a little bit heavy, so if you need it, it's better to plan how to pick it up before you get into Venice. I recommend it!

Everything worked so well with the provider - strollers were so handy and communication was easy and extremely friendly. Our hotel was near to the Termini station, so Daniel delivered the stroller to the hotel reception and when we left from Rome, Daniel also picked them up from our hotel.
