Such a great experience renting a crib for our stay in Florence. The crib was as described, in good condition. Communication with Mariella was super easy and clear, and our requests for small adjustments to pick up and drop off times were graciously accommodated, including a very early morning pick up on the day we flew out of Florence. Ordered a mattress, travel cot and a high chair, all were ok except for the high chair, it was very well used, the picture is completely different to what I ordered and unfortunately the tray wasn’t delivered and they had to come out a few hours later to deliver it. Considering the price I would have expected something a little newer. But over all it was very convenient

Baby cot was in excellent condition. Fast and clear communication and extremely helpfull to think together for pickup and return of the item. Mi sono trovata molto bene. Io ho fatto richiesta la sera alle 19 ed ho scritto chiedendo di poter avere una risposta im breve tempo. Dopo 2 ore era già tutto organizzato! Passeggino ci è stato poi portato, pagando un'entrata, al nostro alloggio. Anche la riconsegna tutto ok. Noi partendo molto presto la mattina abbiamo lasciato il passeggino al ristorante degli alloggi stay Copers. È stato tutto molto comodo.

I will be eternally grateful to Francesca - I arrived in Naples on a family vacation with my 6 month old, only to find out our B&B did not have a crib available despite what we had been told. I had no idea what to do and quickly found Babonbo online. Francesca messaged me on whatsapp immediately and when I explained the situation, she had the travel crib to me by that afternoon. Great first experience with Babonbo! We weren’t able to rent a car seat with our car rental so I tried Babonbo very last minute and we were able to get the car seat right away. It was perfect for my son, he enjoyed it every well. It was very clean and Lucca was very responsive - very grateful for the experience!

The experience was awesome and Stella has been very flexible and arranging. We were able to meet at the airport for delivery and pickup which was a game changer for us with our two kids. Had such an amazing experience when we travelled to Italy. We got the crib with mattress and sheets at the last minute due to a mix up with our rental. She responded right away to our request and got everything to us in the same day. All of it in brand new condition. Fortunately, despite the last minute, order was promptly confirmed by the owner. communication from owner was excellent throughout rental period, owner kindly delivered and collected the stroller. During rent owner assisted with configuration questions and even shared Visual instructions, which made of very easy for me. The seat we got was in a good shape and served us very well for our one day-trip! Valeria was very kind and although I only booked the seat the evening before our trip, it was no problem to receive it the next morning! I find the extra cost of 11€ for last-minute-booking pretty expensive, but that is the platform-policy and was no decision made by the seat owner :) In general I find the platform and service very useful and a good idea!

I also booked a minivan through Sarah, and the driver, Maximiliano, was waiting for me with the stroller and was very patient. I highly recommend this service, especially if you are traveling with a child in Rome. The streets in Rome are quite challenging for regular strollers, and this service gave me real peace of mind. We ordered two car seats from Romeo&Allegra for our Italy trip and it was very convenient. We communicated via text, which made pick up and drop off at the airport really easy. Both chairs were as described and worked perfectly for the kids. Overall great experience!

Totally recommend! Filippo who contacted me from viaggia-leggero was very helpful. Delivered the baby bed to our airbnb host before we arrived and picked up from home after we departed. The bed and the mattress were perfectly clean and in brand new condition. My 9 month old baby felt at home in this bed and was very peaceful all the time. Definitely will rent again when we will come back to Milano.

Hemos alquilado el yoyo babyzen. Para lo que se necesita, que es darle trote por la ciudad, está bien. No necesitas que el carro esté nuevo. Pero sí que sería recomendable que los proveedores mostraran en la web fotos reales del carro para que los usuarios nos hagamos una idea real de en qué condiciones nos vamos a encontrar el carro. Entiendo que al ser de alquiler muchos padres hemos hecho uso de ese carrito y se nota. El carro funciona perfectamente, se pliega perfecto y rueda perfecto. Para las calles adoquinadas de Roma a veces es complicado de manejar pero lo elegí por ser ligero y compacto, y en ese sentido acerté. Estoy satisfecha porque el carro ha hecho su trabajo, pero tengo que decir que me llevé una ligera decepción cuando vi que el estado del carro no era el que yo me imaginé. Como dato aparte, aunque esto no tiene que ver con los proveedores, si no con el modelo del carro en sí, ese tipo de carro puede ser incómodo para los peques, puesto que mi hijo está acostumbrado a llevar el respaldo completamente recto en su bugaboo bee6 y con un manillar de seguridad. El yoyo no tiene manillar de seguridad, solo va atado en la cintura, y además en la posición del respaldo más alta el niño sigue quedando “tumbado”. Esto a mi hijo no le gusta, pero igualmente ha ido montado en el carro y no ha supuesto un problema grande al final. En cuanto a la comunicación con los proveedores ha sido la justa para quedar a recogerlo y devolverlo. Sin dar información personal, sí que aviso que la zona donde hemos tenido que recogerlo y devolverlo no es nada céntrica, son como 25 minutos de autobús al centro, pero hay un bus que te deja prácticamente en la puerta.

Umberto and Veronica were very friendly and kind. they even lend me some sheets and linens for the travel cot. The travel cot was in great shape. Just take in mind that's a little bit heavy, so if you need it, it's better to plan how to pick it up before you get into Venice. I recommend it!

Our hotel was near to the Termini station, so Daniel delivered the stroller to the hotel reception and when we left from Rome, Daniel also picked them up from our hotel. Comunicazione ottima per la consegna e riconsegna del seggiolino auto , soddisfatto del prezzo e del prodotto proposto. L'unica difficolta' sta nel gestire con certezza l'orario di incontro senza dovere prolungare troppo le attese in aeroporto. Forse un'idea potrebbe essere quella di installare un box esterno dove poter ritirare /riconsegnare il seggiolino,o in alternativa indicare un punto di raccolta ,anche fuori dall'aeroporto.
