The communication and delivery was clear and efficient, owners of the car seat were nice people, delivered the gear and waited for us as needed. However, it turned out that the seat we have received was not possible to assemble using isofix so we had to meet again to get a replacement, which was not convenient. I think the owners will not allow this to happen again in the future.

Hemos alquilado el yoyo babyzen. Para lo que se necesita, que es darle trote por la ciudad, está bien. No necesitas que el carro esté nuevo. Pero sí que sería recomendable que los proveedores mostraran en la web fotos reales del carro para que los usuarios nos hagamos una idea real de en qué condiciones nos vamos a encontrar el carro. Entiendo que al ser de alquiler muchos padres hemos hecho uso de ese carrito y se nota. El carro funciona perfectamente, se pliega perfecto y rueda perfecto. Para las calles adoquinadas de Roma a veces es complicado de manejar pero lo elegí por ser ligero y compacto, y en ese sentido acerté. Estoy satisfecha porque el carro ha hecho su trabajo, pero tengo que decir que me llevé una ligera decepción cuando vi que el estado del carro no era el que yo me imaginé. Como dato aparte, aunque esto no tiene que ver con los proveedores, si no con el modelo del carro en sí, ese tipo de carro puede ser incómodo para los peques, puesto que mi hijo está acostumbrado a llevar el respaldo completamente recto en su bugaboo bee6 y con un manillar de seguridad. El yoyo no tiene manillar de seguridad, solo va atado en la cintura, y además en la posición del respaldo más alta el niño sigue quedando “tumbado”. Esto a mi hijo no le gusta, pero igualmente ha ido montado en el carro y no ha supuesto un problema grande al final. En cuanto a la comunicación con los proveedores ha sido la justa para quedar a recogerlo y devolverlo. Sin dar información personal, sí que aviso que la zona donde hemos tenido que recogerlo y devolverlo no es nada céntrica, son como 25 minutos de autobús al centro, pero hay un bus que te deja prácticamente en la puerta.

Hemos alquilado el yoyo babyzen. Para lo que se necesita, que es darle trote por la ciudad, está bien. No necesitas que el carro esté nuevo. Pero sí que sería recomendable que los proveedores mostraran en la web fotos reales del carro para que los usuarios nos hagamos una idea real de en qué condiciones nos vamos a encontrar el carro. Entiendo que al ser de alquiler muchos padres hemos hecho uso de ese carrito y se nota. El carro funciona perfectamente, se pliega perfecto y rueda perfecto. Para las calles adoquinadas de Roma a veces es complicado de manejar pero lo elegí por ser ligero y compacto, y en ese sentido acerté. Estoy satisfecha porque el carro ha hecho su trabajo, pero tengo que decir que me llevé una ligera decepción cuando vi que el estado del carro no era el que yo me imaginé. Como dato aparte, aunque esto no tiene que ver con los proveedores, si no con el modelo del carro en sí, ese tipo de carro puede ser incómodo para los peques, puesto que mi hijo está acostumbrado a llevar el respaldo completamente recto en su bugaboo bee6 y con un manillar de seguridad. El yoyo no tiene manillar de seguridad, solo va atado en la cintura, y además en la posición del respaldo más alta el niño sigue quedando “tumbado”. Esto a mi hijo no le gusta, pero igualmente ha ido montado en el carro y no ha supuesto un problema grande al final. En cuanto a la comunicación con los proveedores ha sido la justa para quedar a recogerlo y devolverlo. Sin dar información personal, sí que aviso que la zona donde hemos tenido que recogerlo y devolverlo no es nada céntrica, son como 25 minutos de autobús al centro, pero hay un bus que te deja prácticamente en la puerta.
