It’s so amazing.
Gaia store were very easy to work with. We arrived at our air bnb and the cot was not suitable for our 2 and a half year old. Within 2 hours of us arriving in Barcelona Gaia store had dropped off a travel cot so that our daughter could have a good nights sleep. Collection was awkward as well with us leaving the property at 3.45am. Gaia store were very flexible and made this easy for us. Thanks very much for the excellent customer service. You saved us!

Quick and easy meet up to get the car seat and have it installed in the car. Very nice.
They were very responsive and proactively communicated. I got the confirmation for my reservation within an hour of my request and everything after that went very smoothly as well. The car seat was in great condition and they even helped mounting it. 100 % recommended!
