Fernando Herranz JimenezCustomer
We rented 2 child car seats for our trip to Italy, and the whole experience was excellent. The seats were in perfect condition, clean, and exactly as expected. What really stood out was the exceptional service of the provider. She was incredibly kind and helpful. When our car rental reservation was unexpectedly cancelled, she went above and beyond to assist us in finding another rental agency. Despite the delay she remained patient, supportive, and available throughout the entire process.

The car seat was perfect for our 9 month old baby. I did not always get a quick response when contacting Babonbo using the app initially but when we had a person to speak to regarding our order communication was very responsive (Idris was great, especially considering the inconvenient pick up and drop off times we needed).
Emanuela PeddisCustomer

Very happy overall, responded immediately to my messages which was importantly because I only contacted him with 2 days notice. Delivered the product as promised, even made a discount because the delivery charges were so large, offered to leave the product for free for 2 more days, would definitely recommend.
