Umberto and Veronica were very friendly and kind. they even lend me some sheets and linens for the travel cot. The travel cot was in great shape. Just take in mind that's a little bit heavy, so if you need it, it's better to plan how to pick it up before you get into Venice. I recommend it!

Cannot recommend the Sartore family enough for your rental needs. They were extremely flexible and the car seat was in much better condition and useful that we had anticipated. We loved it so much we might get something similar back in our home country. Rent with confidence!

Ordered a mattress, travel cot and a high chair, all were ok except for the high chair, it was very well used, the picture is completely different to what I ordered and unfortunately the tray wasn’t delivered and they had to come out a few hours later to deliver it. Considering the price I would have expected something a little newer. But over all it was very convenient

Baby cot was in excellent condition. Fast and clear communication and extremely helpfull to think together for pickup and return of the item. Mi sono trovata molto bene. Io ho fatto richiesta la sera alle 19 ed ho scritto chiedendo di poter avere una risposta im breve tempo. Dopo 2 ore era già tutto organizzato! Passeggino ci è stato poi portato, pagando un'entrata, al nostro alloggio. Anche la riconsegna tutto ok. Noi partendo molto presto la mattina abbiamo lasciato il passeggino al ristorante degli alloggi stay Copers. È stato tutto molto comodo.

I will be eternally grateful to Francesca - I arrived in Naples on a family vacation with my 6 month old, only to find out our B&B did not have a crib available despite what we had been told. I had no idea what to do and quickly found Babonbo online. Francesca messaged me on whatsapp immediately and when I explained the situation, she had the travel crib to me by that afternoon. We were easily able to chat during the week and arrange for a pick up. I am so thankful that she helped me have a safe place for my baby to sleep during a very hectic and busy trip!

Great first experience with Babonbo! We weren’t able to rent a car seat with our car rental so I tried Babonbo very last minute and we were able to get the car seat right away. It was perfect for my son, he enjoyed it every well. It was very clean and Lucca was very responsive - very grateful for the experience!

The experience was awesome and Stella has been very flexible and arranging. We were able to meet at the airport for delivery and pickup which was a game changer for us with our two kids. Very easy and they were always at the meet up point early so no hassle at all. We had a lovely experience renting from Susanne and her family - the rentals themselves were perfect for our needs, and the pick up and drop off were smooth. Even more appreciated though was Susanne went out of her way to help us when we had problems with our car seat rented via the hire car company, and helped us to find the correct formula milk for our daughter. It was our first trip away with our daughter, so we really appreciated the help!

I was so grateful to be able to rent a travel cot from ToKids in Turin. We were staying at an Airbnb and they made arrangements to deliver the cot to our Airbnb and then pick it up afterwards. This stroller was exactly what we needed! Incredibly helpful to have during all of our sightseeing in Rome, and my 16 month old napped great in it! The provider was easy to communicate with about drop-off and pick-up, and so friendly!

Had such an amazing experience when we travelled to Italy. We got the crib with mattress and sheets at the last minute due to a mix up with our rental. She responded right away to our request and got everything to us in the same day. All of it in brand new condition. Owner was so good to work with, she was incredibly helpful, a great communicator and couldn’t recommend her enough.

The seat we got was in a good shape and served us very well for our one day-trip! Valeria was very kind and although I only booked the seat the evening before our trip, it was no problem to receive it the next morning! I find the extra cost of 11€ for last-minute-booking pretty expensive, but that is the platform-policy and was no decision made by the seat owner :) In general I find the platform and service very useful and a good idea!

I also booked a minivan through Sarah, and the driver, Maximiliano, was waiting for me with the stroller and was very patient. I highly recommend this service, especially if you are traveling with a child in Rome. The streets in Rome are quite challenging for regular strollers, and this service gave me real peace of mind. We ordered two car seats from Romeo&Allegra for our Italy trip and it was very convenient. We communicated via text, which made pick up and drop off at the airport really easy. Both chairs were as described and worked perfectly for the kids. Overall great experience!

Totally recommend! Filippo who contacted me from viaggia-leggero was very helpful. Delivered the baby bed to our airbnb host before we arrived and picked up from home after we departed. The bed and the mattress were perfectly clean and in brand new condition. My 9 month old baby felt at home in this bed and was very peaceful all the time. Definitely will rent again when we will come back to Milano.

I did not always get a quick response when contacting Babonbo using the app initially but when we had a person to speak to regarding our order communication was very responsive (Idris was great, especially considering the inconvenient pick up and drop off times we needed).

Comunicazione ottima per la consegna e riconsegna del seggiolino auto , soddisfatto del prezzo e del prodotto proposto. L'unica difficolta' sta nel gestire con certezza l'orario di incontro senza dovere prolungare troppo le attese in aeroporto. Forse un'idea potrebbe essere quella di installare un box esterno dove poter ritirare /riconsegnare il seggiolino,o in alternativa indicare un punto di raccolta ,anche fuori dall'aeroporto.

The cargo bike was great! It was in good condition and battery was fully charged. Carmine was friendly and helpful at the pickup and drop-off and we got an extra lock from him just to be sure. Don’t expect a brand new bike, but battery, brakes and gears were great and that’s what matters.

Overall a good and helpful service. Will choose them again.

Merci Babonbo! En voyage à Florence pendant 4 jours avec notre fils de 3 ans, nous avions oublié la poussette "erreur" heureusement Babonbo existe. Nous avons pris une location de deux jours et cela à sauvé notre séjour. Rapide, bonne communication, facilité de récupération etc.. le top. Je conseil juste de prendre le plus gros modèle de poussette qui est au même tarif car la 22kg était juste en taille pour notre fils de 3 ans. Je recommande++
