You are charged once the provider accepts your order. When you place an order, Babonbo places a hold on your credit card to check availability, but payment completes only when the provider confirms. If modifications are requested after acceptance, additional charges or refunds apply once confirmed. This clear process ensures everything is arranged before arrival.
Yes, you can cancel your order. For pending orders, contact customer service (info@babonbo.com) or the provider. If cancelled, the card hold will be released within 7 days. If you cancel up to 3 days before the first rental day, the rental amount is refunded (Babonbo service fee and insurance fee are non-refundable). Cancellations within the last 3 days or no-shows are charged in full. The same rules apply to partial cancellations.
