You are charged once the provider accepts your order. When you place an order, Babonbo places a hold on your credit card to check availability, but payment completes only when the provider confirms. If modifications are requested after acceptance, additional charges or refunds apply once confirmed. This clear process ensures everything is arranged before arrival.
Yes, you can cancel your order. For pending orders, contact customer service (info@babonbo.com) or the provider. If cancelled, the card hold will be released within 7 days.
