BabyBjörn bouncers are ergonomic, battery-free seats that use a child's own movements to create a natural rocking motion. They are designed to support a baby's back, neck, and head from birth (minimum 3.5 kgs) up to approximately two years of age (maximum 13kgs).
The bouncer is a 2-in-1 product that transitions as your child grows.
Bouncer Mode: Use from 3.5kgs until the child reaches 9kgs or starts trying to sit up. In this mode, the safety harness must always be fastened.
Chair Mode: Once the child can walk and sit down unaided, you can reverse the fabric seat to use it as a toddler chair up to 13kgs.
Sleep Safety: The bouncer is not safe for sleep; infants should never be left to sleep in it as their head can slump forward, potentially restricting breathing.
Placement: Always use the bouncer on the floor, never on elevated surfaces like tables or countertops
