We had the best experience with BB Stockholm! Our stroller was delayed due to an error by the airline company, and BB Stockholm was so nice and offered to bring the stroller to us the night before our actual reservation so we would be ready to go in the morning. The delivery to and back was efficient and clear. The stroller was exactly as pictured, very clean. Thank you for helping us during a stressful moment.

Suzanne L.

Outstanding customer service! Made the process of hiring a car seat so easy, especially when we needed one at short notice! Friendly communication and they were happy to speak to our relatives regarding delivery and pick up times to make things easier. The car seat was clean and in great condition. Very reasonable charges for delivery and pick up that didn’t add much onto the overall cost. Would not hesitate to use this company again for future visits and would highly recommend to any families visiting Stockholm! Thank you BB! Xxx

BB Stockholm offered a great rental experience. The team arrived at our Airbnb promptly and on-time, and even though the pickup time was quite early in the morning, they were there so we can move on with our day on our schedule. They also picked the perfect selection of toys and books based on our daughter's age. Would recommend to anyone traveling in Stockholm with a little one!

We rented a BabyZen Yoyo stroller during our time in Stockholm and Beatriz went above and beyond! We decided to rent one late at night and she responded quickly, and we were able to arrange for a drop off the next morning. Having the stroller made our trip more manageable, which for us, means everything! Next time we visit Stockholm, we’ll definitely be renting from BB Stockholm again :)

Emily S.

Communication was great. The car seat and travel crib were even delivered early. It was nice that she was able to drop off at our hotel so it was there when we arrived. So much better than traveling with all the stuff ourselves.

World class service and a wonderful experience! After Norweigan Air lost our baby’s travel cot we contacted BB Stockholm and within about three hours we had a beautiful, spotless travel cot with clean sheets delivered to our Airbnb. They contacted us with an exact delivery time and were extremely quick with their communication, and so so friendly. It was the best example of customer service I think I’ve ever experienced globally. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much for saving the day! And night!

BB Stockholm was extremely professional and helpful. The portable crib was like new and had a sparkling clean sheet and mattress cover. Delivery and pickup were very convenient (we were staying in a very busy part of the city) and well timed. We appreciated this service in Stockholm and would do it again next time we’re here. Highly recommend!

Super!
