First time customer with Babonbo and Gerardo made the experience a huge success. He was supper accommodating, helpful and very friendly. It was a last minute request at a late flight and he made the experience a brise. The car seat was in extraordinary shape and clean, he helped installing and he was on time at pickup and drop off. Do not doubt to work with him, highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience. Communication was fast, friendly, and incredibly easy. Everything was arranged very spontaneously, yet perfectly organized and exactly as agreed. The stroller was in excellent condition, very clean and well maintained. The service was also extremely flexible, which made everything so much easier for us. A genuinely lovely experience with wonderful customer service. We would not hesitate to rent again and can highly recommend anyone visiting Barcelona. Thank you

We had an amazing experience renting the Cybex stroller in Barcelona! The stroller was spotless, modern, and super comfortable for our baby. It made getting around the city so easy, especially on longer walks and while visiting tourist spots. Communication was smooth, delivery was right on time, and everything was hassle-free. Highly recommend Gaia store to any parent visiting Barcelona

It’s so amazing.

Gaia store were very easy to work with. We arrived at our air bnb and the cot was not suitable for our 2 and a half year old. Within 2 hours of us arriving in Barcelona Gaia store had dropped off a travel cot so that our daughter could have a good nights sleep. Collection was awkward as well with us leaving the property at 3.45am. Gaia store were very flexible and made this easy for us. Thanks very much for the excellent customer service. You saved us!

They were very responsive and proactively communicated. I got the confirmation for my reservation within an hour of my request and everything after that went very smoothly as well. The car seat was in great condition and they even helped mounting it. 100 % recommended!
