You are charged once the provider accepts your order. When you place an order, Babonbo places a hold on your credit card to check availability, but payment completes only when the provider confirms. If modifications are requested after acceptance, additional charges or refunds apply once confirmed. This clear process ensures everything is arranged before arrival.

Cancellations within the last 3 days or no-shows are charged in full. The same rules apply to partial cancellations.
