Victoria was so great.. she met us at the hotel, took time to show how the pram worked, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. She made the process of renting the pram so easy and convenient for us. The pram itself was also convenient.. I loved the ability to quickly fold it up and carry it via shoulder strap. We used it with our 4 yr old who is at the top of the size limit and it was sized fine for him. We walked 10+ miles a day throughout a weekend in London, and we used the pram the whole time. Highly recommend.

Jasmine was wonderful. I had a hard time getting connected through babonbo. But on the morning of our arrival I asked how quickly I could get the stroller and she raced right over! The stroller was a life (and back) saver to get through all we had planned in a few days. And it was in perfect condition and easy to use. She was even accommodation when we left and was able to pick up the stroller from our hotel when we had to catch our train.

We had an excellent experience renting a stroller! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful in every possible way. Even when we accidentally damaged a tire on one of the strollers, he didn’t charge us for the repair—he simply said he would take care of it himself. Such generosity and professionalism are rare to find. We’re truly grateful and will definitely be renting from him again every time we’re in London!

We rented a stroller for our visit to London, and it was such a good experience! Anil was good at getting in contact when we booked as well as the day before arrival - and again when he had delivered the stroller at our hotel. The stroller itself was in perfect condition and was such a blessing for those long London walks! We would absolutely recommend to others!

My experience with Heathrow BabyGeat was really good. Firstly, their place is located very close to the airport and it is very convenient to self collect the items from their place.
